Welcome to ItnaCard! By using our app, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using the app. If you do not agree, you must discontinue using our services.

2. Definitions

• “ItnaCard” refers to the app, website, and associated services provided by the company.

• “User” refers to any individual or entity that registers or uses the app.

• “Services” refers to the digital payment processing and related features offered by ItnaCard.

3. Eligibility

To use ItnaCard, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction.

• Provide accurate and truthful information during registration.

• Use the app only for lawful purposes
 

4. User Account

• Account Creation: You must create an account to access our services. You are responsible for providing accurate information during registration.

• Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Notify us immediately in case of any unauthorized access or account breach.

• Account Termination: ItnaCard reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms and Conditions.

5. Permissible Use

• Users may only use the app for lawful and legitimate purposes, such as:

• Sending and receiving online payments.

• Managing personal or business transactions.

• You agree not to:

• Engage in fraudulent, illegal, or unauthorized activities.

• Use the app to infringe upon intellectual property or privacy rights.

• Introduce viruses, malware, or disrupt the app’s functionality.

6. Pricing and Fees

By using the ItnaCard app, you agree to the following fee structure:

1. Virtual USD Cards (Mastercard & Visa):

• Virtual Card Issuance Fee: $2.00 per card creation request

• Funding Fee: 4% per funding request

• Dispute Resolution Fee: $50.00 per dispute initiated

2. Transaction Fees for Failed Transactions:

• Domestic Transactions (Within the US): $0.60 per transaction value

• International Transactions (Outside the US): $0.40 per transaction value

3. Cross-border Transaction Fees (Transactions Not Terminated in the US):

• Successful Transactions: 2.5% per transaction value

4. Additional Notes on Fees:

• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in our refund policy.

• ItnaCard reserves the right to update fees and charges at any time. Users will be notified of such changes via email or in-app notifications.

• Any applicable taxes related to the use of our services are the responsibility of the user.

7. Changes to Services

• ItnaCard reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of its services at its sole discretion without prior notice.

• We will strive to notify users of significant changes where feasible.

8. Data and Privacy

• Your personal data is collected, used, and stored in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

• ItnaCard implements encryption and secure servers to protect your data.

9. Limitation of Liability

• ItnaCard is not liable for:

• Financial losses resulting from unauthorized account access.

• Losses caused by third-party payment services or disruptions.

• Consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our app.

• The app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

10. Intellectual Property

• All content, trademarks, and logos within ItnaCard are the property of the company.

• Users may not copy, distribute, or modify any content without prior written consent.

11. Termination

• Users may terminate their accounts at any time by contacting our support team.

• ItnaCard may terminate or suspend access to the app for violations of these Terms.
